B>Tabunello 2021 | The best Sangiovese produced by Csaba!
Its base is the Sangiovese Grosso, the clone of Brunello - as it is called in Tuscany (in this area in Montalcino). It has associations with legendary Italian wineries. Since this is an extremely late-ripening variety, the harvest must be strictly controlled. In this way, world-famous wines can be given incredibly great aging potential. The Etruscans and Romans had already cultivated it - there are records of it dating back 2,500 years. Csaba Törek is the first and currently only winemaker to deal with this in Hungary.
