The “Érseki Titokbor” (= “Archbishop’s Secret Wine”) is the flagship Kadarka from the A.E.S winery. (= Almagyar Erseki Szőlőbirtok) from Eger. Intense ruby red color. In addition to chocolate and pistachio notes, minerals, flowers, hecsedli and strawberries appear beautifully. When tasting it is characterized by a dry, strong feeling of acidity, youthful tannins, alcohol that exudes delicate warmth, a rich body, complex, long spicy flavor aromas. Young, beginning to ripen, with serious aging potential. One of the most serious Kadarkas in the current line-up.
