A strong Kadarka with red berries and pleasantly soft tannins.
The Kadarka from Tibor Gál is presented in the glass in the pale brick color typical of the variety. Initially berries, cherries, earth and mushrooms on the nose. With a little air a seductive sweet note develops. A delicate, elegant but firm acidity, slightly sweet on the finish, which reinforces the associations of ripe cherries. A distinctive Kadarka in style.
"We flirted with the idea of how to make a real summer red wine! This is how this easy-drinking Kadarka 2022 was born, made using the white wine process. Chilled fermentation, steel tank, early bottling. This type of wine is now fashionable worldwide , we wanted to try this style too. We like it very much, it's worth chilling it well (8-10°C)!"
