A white wine for wine lovers outside the mainstream!
On the nose and on the palate: pear, apple together with beautiful minerality and subtle petrol notes. A structured Furmint with an elegant body, ripe fruit aromas and elegant acidity.


"The Furmint grape variety is the most widely grown grape variety in the Tokaj wine region. It plays a key role thanks to the fact that it is able to give both elegant, mineral, dry wines as well as late harvest and Aszú wines. Furmint is Known not only for its high residual sugar content, but also for its beautiful acidity, Furmint is a perfect grape variety to express the very diverse soil of the Tokaj region. This wine comes from the Tokaj-Hétszőlő Imperial estate, which comes from the Hétszőlő single vineyard dates back to 1502, when 7 plots based on loess soil were assembled.

ORGANIC Tokaj-Hétszölö winery
"From the beginning, Hétszőlő had a very good background in organic viticulture and always tried to be aware of environmental issues. Since it was on the slopes of Hétszőlő between the 1950s Since there was no viticulture in the 1990s and 1990s - namely during the period of massive use of agricultural chemicals by the Soviet regime - it was almost inevitable to find a more environmentally friendly way of growing the Hétszőlő vineyards at the time of replanting in 1991 . Hétszőlő did not use artificial fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides. In order to make organic culture more official, Hétszőlő started the conversion process for organic certification with the Hungária Ökogarancia label. an official organic certifier in Hungary. Today all 55 hectares of the winery's vineyards are cultivated exclusively organically. The first attempt with organic wine took place in the 2014 vintage, where a dry Furmint was vinified according to the rules of organic winemaking. Since the 2015 vintage, all of our dry wines have been organically certified and from 2017 all of our sweet wines have also been organically certified." (Tokaj-Hétszölö winery)
