The main component of the Bikavérs (= bull's blood) from the young winemaker Gergö Böjt is the Kékfrankos grape variety with more than 50%, as well as the two Bordeaux grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot supplemented with Zweigelt and Blauburger (not to be confused with Pinot Noir). Vivid ruby red in the glass. On the nose: aromas of vanilla, violets, ripe red and black fruits, with a touch of smokiness. On the palate it has great drinkability with restrained tannins and lively acidity. The subtle barrel notes are well integrated and add subtle complexity to the wine without overpowering the fruit. He is a great representative of Bi-kavérs from Eger in the Classic category.
