A complex white wine with a good balance between freshness, fruit, and structure
The first wine from the Böjt winery to be officially certified organic. On the nose: Fresh and aromatic, with distinct citrus notes (grapefruit, lime), along with white blossoms and a hint of elderflower. The Muscat contributes fine, grape-like, slightly exotic aromas. Delicate wood aromas from the barrel aging resonate in the background. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, juicy, and lively, with clear freshness and well-integrated acidity. The Olaszrizling brings structure and minerality, the Leányka elegance, the Muscat a playful fruitiness, and the Sauvignon Blanc a crisp, green note. The alcohol content (14%) is powerful but well-balanced.
A typical Egri Csillag Superior, but in the Böjt version with noticeable finesse and modern style.
