Crisp and bright with fruity palate of pineapple, citrus and zesty acidity coupled with a long finish and mouth-watering acidity.

Cristal clear straw yellow color and high viscosity gives You an idea to trust in the wine. For first fright the solid nose is driven by the wet stone and salty mineral character. Slowly but surely the apple and pear and light vegetal aromas are coming. On the palate the wine is bone dry with elegant more than medium acidity and body. Lemon lime and green apple with herbaceous notes. Long and strong mineral character in the aftertaste completed light bitterness of grapefruit skin Solid oak and spices in the finish.
Suggested with: Fired oyster with sea water foam.
