The location of Pajado is a very beautiful area, especially in autumn, when the leaves are already colorful and the sun bathes the slopes in golden light. Rhyolite tuff soil, 20-25 year old plants. Lively acidity, deep aromas, soft tannins and lots of fruit, with the unique and inimitable minerality typical of the Pajados vineyard.
"It is characterized by lots of ripe black berries, minerality, spiciness. If the wine were a coffee, I would say that it is a nice light roasted coffee and the brother-Bikavér Síkhegy is the dark one. Up to the peak it's a few more years." (Gál Tibor Winery)
