Location Rány
This is the very first vineyard that Sanzon winemakers bought in 2015. It is one of the oldest terroirs mentioned in Tokaj since 1248. This unique terroir is located in the eastern part of the Tokaj wine region between Erdőbénye and Tolcsva. Old vineyard location with more than 70 years old planting. The site has a strong identity and character defined by volcanic rhyolite rock. In several places there is not even a top layer of soil, only rocks. The rhyolite determines the taste of the wine with minerality, coolness, refreshing character with mint and lime.
