In the scent it is very characterized by pear, mint, some flower and honey. The vanilla aroma comes from the barrel. On the palate the taste is very rich and complex, with a very long aftertaste. At the end of the sip, the mineral flavours dominate playing with some rest sweetness. It has very pleasant and balanced acids. It is a fine white!
