The 2022 Előhegy is an outstanding dry Furmint from the single vineyard Előhegy in Tarcal. This vineyard is characterized by deep loess soils, which impart a special elegance and fine minerality to the wines. The nose reveals clean notes of pear, quince, and white blossoms. On the palate, the wine is concentrated, with a vibrant acidity typical of the loess soils in Tarcal. The Furmint Előhegy was spontaneously fermented and aged in traditional 225-liter Zemplén oak barrels.
