An extremely elegant, large-format Bull's Blood from Szekszárd. A harmonious blend of Blaufränkisch, Kadarka, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Batch-aged for 24 months in 300- and 500-liter oak barrels. Rich and chocolatey, this full-bodied Bikavér (=Bull's Blood) offers aromas of ripe dark fruits, toasted spices, hazelnuts, and sandalwood. Well-formed and fleshy on the palate, with a full body and velvety tannins. A rich, creamy mouthfeel leads to a long finish.
"We named our first premium Bikavér (=Bull's Blood) after Saint László, the patron saint of Szekszárd. The knight-king is also called the Athlete of God because of his outstanding physical prowess.
