The flagship wine of the Tűzkő winery, produced only in the finest vintages. A blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, aged for 18 months in barrels, it has a deep ruby red color, rich aromas of plum, blackberry, and chocolate are complemented by sweet and spicy notes from the barrel. It is characterized by velvety tannins and elegant acidity.
Winery
The Tűzkő Birtok Winery is one of the oldest wineries in Hungary, originally founded in the 18th century. It is now managed by the Italian Antinori family after being acquired in 2000.
