The Aliz is a barrel selection from the finest new French barrels, from a truly exceptional vintage. Only 1,500 bottles were produced. The Aliz is a precise blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It needed time to mature to perfection, but now it is ready to enjoy. Fruity, thick, and despite being aged in barrels for 18 months, it is extremely complex without the barrels overpowering its exciting spices and fruits. It is an excellent accompaniment to fine red meats, game dishes, and mature cheeses.
